- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/business experience

- 1+ year of sales, recruiting, or business development experience

- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)

- Ability to prospect and schedule meetings with clients or partners

- Willingness to work onsite 3 days/week in a hybrid environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in insurance, financial services, or brokerage environments

- Life & Health license or willingness to obtain

- Exposure to territory management or account management

- Spanish bilingual

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire an Insurance Sales Coordinator in Lincoln, NE. This individual will support a regional sales team by prospecting, recruiting, and developing relationships with distributors while helping grow a designated territory. They will spend time setting weekly meetings with new and existing partners, tracking activity in a CRM, and collaborating closely with regional wholesalers and sales managers to drive revenue. The role includes structured training across industry knowledge, products, and sales strategy, with the goal of promotion into a Regional Wholesaler position within 6–12 months. Compensation for this role is set at $50,000 salary, with potential to earn $80,000-120,000 in a promoted role as a Regional Wholesaler.
