Join us.A Day in the Life:In the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will supervise the accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processed accurately and paid timely.The Impact You'll Make:Supervise accounts payable staff.Run payment proposals1099 reportingAudit and post PO and Non PO Invoices. Audit and confirm Vendor Master.Perform monthly closing procedures. Run weekly reports. Prepare journal entries.Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, and PurchasingAudit and confirm Vendor Master.Who You Are:Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studyAdditional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in full cycle accounts payable in a fast-paced environment Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supervisor roleComputer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (vlookups, pivot tables), SAPAdditional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Prior knowledge and experience with International payments/banking requirements.Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
