Audi Finance Manager

Overview Audi Riverside is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive finance and insurance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is instrumental in helping clients secure financing and protection products that meet their needs while ensuring compliance and maximizing dealership profitability. Responsibilities Present and sell financing options, extended warranties, and protection products in a professional, transparent, and ethical manner Secure financing through a wide range of financial institutions while maintaining strong lender relationships Review credit applications, verify information, and structure deals to maximize approvals and gross profit Ensure all deals are fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies Accurately complete all F&I paperwork and submit required documentation to appropriate parties Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries Meet and exceed sales performance goals and product penetration targets Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer programs, interest rates, and finance incentives Train and support sales staff on finance products and compliance standards Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless, high-end transaction process Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership, preferably luxury or Audi brand Proven track record in F&I product sales and strong knowledge of lending practices Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask High level of integrity and compliance-driven mindset Proficient in F&I software platforms (Advent, Dealertrack, CDK, etc.) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bachelor's degree preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay plan with performance incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Professional, modern, and team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and growth opportunities within the Audi and Walter’s Automotive Group network Salary Range $72,000.00 - $200,000.00 DOE About Us Audi Riverside is part of the Walter’s Automotive Group, committed to providing a world-class experience to our clients and employees.
