Assistant Controller - Financial Audit and Reporting

Assistant Controller – Financial Audit and Reporting We are aiming to fill the role of Assistant Controller – Financial Audit and Reporting at the University of California, Riverside. The salary range is $93,200 – $174,200 annually, with an expected pay scale up to $140,000. This position reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor-Business & Finance & CFO and Controller. The role manages the accuracy of financial statements, ensures GAAP/GASB/regulatory compliance, supports executive leadership by preparing financial reports, provides budget-to-actual variance analysis, and supports CFO in strategic planning and forecasting, including establishment of reporting templates for the campus. Applicants must have current work authorization. At this time, we cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for staff. As a University employee, you are required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
