Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at our Rock Hill, SC location. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real property while building strong client relationships. Primary responsibilities include conducting property listings, showing homes, negotiating contracts, and providing support through each step of the real estate transaction process. The role requires staying updated on market trends, maintaining a deep understanding of local real estate markets, and delivering excellent customer service to help clients achieve their property goals. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License in compliance with state regulations Proficient in Real Estate practices, including buying, selling, and renting properties Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Proven Sales and negotiation skills Understanding of Real Property knowledge and associated legal guidelines Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work in a results-driven environment Familiarity with local real estate markets in Rock Hill, SC is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate
