Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Behavior Based Personal Care Assistants to provide school-based services for a local school district in Lansdale, PA.  Hours are Monday through Friday 7:45amam to 2:45pm, time may vary so must have flexibility.
This is working with a high school transition class with students ranging 14-21 years of age.

Must have behavior based experience working with school age children.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances
