About this role - Family Medicine Physician:

• Outpatient Family Medicine
• Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting while serving as a clinical resource for advanced practice providers, nursing staff, residents, students, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

Background Desired - Family Medicine Physician:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. If Board Eligible, certification to be obtained within (3) years of employment
• Current and valid DEA Registration Certificate
• Active Florida state licensure or pending
