Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact as a Special Education Teacher supporting students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This is a full-time, direct hire contract position beginning in August 2026. You'll play an essential role in the academic and social development of students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they're empowered to thrive within the school community.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching license
• Experience working with students in K-12 educational settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to tailor instruction for a wide range of abilities and needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver customized instructional plans in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet learning goals
• Maintain up-to-date records, assessments, and compliance documentation
• Provide a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere that motivates and cultivates student growth
• Participate in professional development activities and district initiatives
