Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Express Car Wash Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, making sure we meet our goals on a monthly basis,and experience in managing car wash operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the car wash facility.
• Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Familiar with DRB POS system.
• At Wash Master we focus a lot on memberships and acheivng our monthly goal.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash weather its detail, express, or flex
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of car wash equipment and cleaning processes.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
