We're partnering with a rapidly expanding manufacturer of access control hardware to hire a Warehouse Associate for their team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a collaborative environment, and contributing to a company that values growth and continuous improvement.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations through inventory management, receiving and shipping activities, material movement, and production support.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Prepare and process outbound orders for shipment
• Deliver materials and components to production teams as needed
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock accuracy initiatives
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Update inventory transactions and shipment information within company systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience
• Experience with inventory control and material handling
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Experience operating pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
• Cycle counting and inventory auditing experience
• Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or process improvement exposure
• Manufacturing or production support experience

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
