Location: Dallas, TX 75243 Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM Potential for Saturday work as needed. Any additional hours worked on Saturday will be balanced with reduced hours during the week.

Position Type: Seasonal Opportunity Potential for permanent conversion based on business needs and available headcount. Please note that the facility may relocate at the end of the year.

Position Summary

The Warehouse I Associate is responsible for selecting, handling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety standards. This role requires experience operating both sit-down and stand-up electric forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and package products for shipment based on customer orders.
• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Inspect products for damage or defects prior to shipment.
• Review order forms to verify item numbers, quantities, sizes, colors, and scan information.
• Handle, position, move, and store materials to support inventory accuracy and customer fulfillment.
• Maintain proper product organization, rotation, and sequential picking practices.
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report hazards or operational concerns.
• Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down and stand-up electric forklifts, palletizers, pallet wrappers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience required.
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up electric forklifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
