In this role, you will provide assistance to lawyers, ensuring they can carry out their duties effectively. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and conduct research. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and has a minimum of 3 years of experience. Responsibilities Communicate with clients and witnesses Prepare case documents such as MSC statements, trial exhibits, obtain QME panel lists, schedule medical exams, analyze documents, subpoena records, and work in EAMS Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and accessible for review Monitor due dates Maintain and update documentation Provide general administrative support Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant at a workers' compensation law firm Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system in workers' compensation Highly organized with document management experience Excellent research skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EAMS, and Merus Ability to multitask and work well under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr Slade Neighbors A Professional Law
