Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A retail pharmacist position is available on a per diem basis in Stockton, CA, starting on 10/5 with a shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, including a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM. This role involves filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring patients receive their medications as prescribed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and fill prescriptions processed through the pharmacy system
• Conduct thorough review of drug utilization reviews (DURs) performed by the system
• Collaborate with pharmacy clerks to utilize NRx - QS/1 software effectively
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems, specifically NRx - QS/1, is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
