Sr. Product Marketing Manager - TAVI

Senior Product Marketing Manager – TAVI Senior Product Marketing Manager – TAVI, based in Plymouth, MN (also Santa Clara, CA). This role leads downstream marketing efforts for TAVI products, working closely with sales and other stakeholders to drive market awareness, strategy implementation, and performance metrics. Responsibilities Provide ongoing field support focused on growing market awareness for TAVI and related disease states, including launching new products. Work closely with the sales team to implement U.S. strategy, including digital strategy and channel execution. Measure success against sales and margin expectations, sales force competency, and development of marketing programs that enhance field and customer experience. Maintain in-depth knowledge of U.S. competitor products and strategies, market trends, dynamics, and customer needs. Contribute to annual marketing plans and strategies, including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT analysis. Manage field device demo needs, track sales and patient resource utilization, and work with the communications manager to manage promotional collateral. Lead project teams, working closely with the project manager to drive accountability and achieve program goals and milestones. Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new U.S. materials. Partner with regulatory colleagues in the review and negotiation of materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance. Drive delivery of sales, margin, and key performance metrics for TAVR products. Be responsive and able to directly address questions and requests of senior management. Required Qualifications Prior marketing experience within the medical device or healthcare industry. Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years related marketing or product management experience; MBA with 4+ years considered. Relevant downstream marketing experience. Ability to travel 30% of the time. Ability to understand technical and scientific information. Ability to handle a fast‑paced working environment. Substantial financial skills, market analysis, and advanced communication skills. Strong analytical skills, and written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Willing to understand and comply with regulatory requirements. Ability to influence and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, and other functional areas to drive product sales. Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
