We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p Pay- $18-$26 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to: Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, email, and in‑person communication Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting Process customer and distributor orders accurately using SAP (ERP system) Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues and meet customer expectations Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy

Since we are located off I-90 and Auburn Road, it will be an easy commute. If this is you, come join us, too! We are seeking someone with a minimum of a High School diploma, 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience, manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Suite products. Working knowledge of SAP preferred. If you thrive on resolving issues and assisting customers, then we are eager to change the world with you!
