Bilingual HR Generalist — People & Recruiting Partner

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with assigned locations within the division, handling day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, rehire tracking, compliance, and other people-related needs. You will work with Regional Coordinators, Recruiters, and Operations leadership to ensure alignment with company policies and business needs.
