Here’s what it takes to become our next team member.A minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical industry within an international organization.A degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.Proven experience leading projects involving product optimization, product launches, and/or product development.Experience working on global-scale projects, which will be considered a strong advantage.Ideally, experience within the coatings industry, particularly in tank linings and/or pipe coatings (internal and external, including gas flow coatings).A strong understanding of customer needs within the storage tank and pipeline industries.The ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.Fluency in English; additional European languages will be considered an asset.You are an excellent communicator with strong English proficiency and a solution-oriented mindset, combined with a genuine passion for sustainability.
