Personal Injury Associate Attorney (Pre-suit & Litigation)

An established firm based in Dallas, TX with over est. 10 years in practice is seeking a Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience to join their team fully onsite. This role will focus on plaintiff personal injury litigation , including complex injury claims, insurance disputes, mediations, settlement conferences, court hearings, and jury trials from filing through final verdict

This position is fully onsite in the Dallas office and is not remote. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred but not required. After-hours and weekend interviews may be accommodated for qualified candidates

 

Offer:

Salary range: $160,000-$175,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience

Proven first-chair trial experience from jury selection through final verdict

Experience managing litigation matters from filing through final resolution

Strong experience drafting demand letters, pleadings, and pre-trial motions

Experience taking and defending depositions

Substantial knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence

Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong attorney work ethic

Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred but not required

 

Responsibilities:

Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation docket independently from initial lawsuit filing through final resolution

Serve as first-chair trial counsel through all phases of trial, including jury selection, witness examination, argument, and final verdict

Work closely with injured clients to understand their claims, damages, treatment, and case objectives

Negotiate with insurance companies, defense counsel, and opposing parties to maximize client recovery

Draft persuasive demand letters, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents

Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials

Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, experts, and medical providers

Evaluate liability, causation, damages, insurance coverage, and settlement value

Develop case strategies designed to secure strong outcomes for injured clients
