Personal Injury Associate Attorney

A law firm in Plano is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of personal injury experience, strong litigation skills, and a passion for achieving exceptional results for injured clients. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Take and defend depositions. Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and medical providers. Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy and maximize client outcomes. Qualifications Active license to practice law in the State of Texas. 2–5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required. Litigation experience preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding client service. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually. Generous performance-based bonus program. Expected total compensation: $150,000–$200,000+.
