Salary: $110,500 - 130,500 per year Requirements:

• We require 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, database administration, or data platform support.
• We require 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake administration experience in enterprise environments.
• We need deep expertise in Snowflake administration, including security, RBAC, virtual warehouses, resource monitors, streams, tasks, cloning, replication, and data sharing.
• We require advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills and experience supporting large-scale data workloads.
• We require experience with ETL/ELT technologies and enterprise scheduling or orchestration platforms.
• We require experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• We require strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
• We require knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• We require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SnowPro Core Certification is preferred.
• SnowPro Advanced Certification in Administrator, Architect, or Data Engineer is preferred.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry is preferred.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification is preferred.
• Oracle Database Administration certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting data platform migrations, modernization initiatives, and automation programs is preferred.

• We administer and maintain Snowflake environments to ensure security, availability, scalability, and strong platform performance.
• We monitor and optimize Snowflake workloads, virtual warehouses, storage, and query performance to improve efficiency and control costs.
• We support data warehousing and ETL/ELT initiatives by enabling dependable data integration, transformation, and processing across multiple source systems.
• We implement and manage security controls, including user access, roles, privileges, network policies, and governance standards.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, support platform enhancements, and introduce new Snowflake capabilities.

We are seeking a Snowflake Administrator to support enterprise-scale Snowflake environments that power secure, scalable, and high-performing data solutions. You will be part of our Data & Analytics team, working closely with data engineers, architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to support analytics, reporting, and business-critical operations. This is a hybrid position requiring attendance at our Hartford, CT office or a client site based on business needs. The role does not offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future. We offer a competitive annual salary of $110,500 to $130,500, depending on experience and other qualifications, and the position is eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program.
