However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)Experience working with modern cloud-based data and analytics platforms, such as AWS and Snowflake, to support scalable reporting and insight generation.Experience working with HR data, including applying data standards, business rules, and analytics to support workforce insights and decision-making.Experience using programming languages such as Python or R to support data analysis, automation, or advanced analytical problem-solving.
