About us
Cloud 9 Foot Spa, known for being a Family-friendly award winning spa , was founded in 2010 in San Francisco Bay area, now we are present in 3 states with 10 locations. We are currently expanding nation wide.
Spa Receptionist , typical hours 9:30am - 3:15pm, or 3:00pm - 8:45pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our spa and office.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments for clients
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred, but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Google Suite
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Pay Hourly plus commission for selling packages .
