Title: Mass Tort Attorney (Plaintiff-side)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $220,000+ Base Salary + Competitive Bonuses

Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Can transition to fully remote later

We’re partnered with one of California’s premier plaintiff-side litigation firms seeking to add a Mass Tort Attorney to its growing Los Angeles office.

The firm has built a nationally recognized reputation handling complex, high-value litigation involving mass torts, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and other large-scale plaintiff-side matters. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful and impactful cases alongside some of the top plaintiff-side trial attorneys in the state.

The team is known for its collaborative and litigation-focused environment. Attorneys are given substantial responsibility, strong support from experienced paralegals and staff, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases from inception through resolution.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience, preferably in mass torts or complex litigation

• JD and active California Bar admission in good standing

• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

• Experience with pharmaceutical, product liability, toxic tort, wildfire, or large-scale injury litigation

• Trial preparation or trial experience

• Experience coordinating multi-plaintiff litigation or MDL matters
