Gibney's is a busy three-floor Irish bar and restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, with a rooftop, private event spaces, live sports, and events throughout the week. We pride ourselves on great food, genuine Irish hospitality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our guests and staff.

We're looking for a reliable Dishwasher with weekend and flexible availability to join our kitchen team.

Pay: $18–20 per hour (DOE)

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.

• Keep the dish area, kitchen, floors, and workstations clean and organized.

• Operate the dishwasher and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked.

• Remove trash and recycling throughout the shift.

• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries when needed.

• Help with basic food prep as directed by the kitchen team.

• Follow all NYC Department of Health regulations and company sanitation standards.

• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

• Spanish is required.

• Strong understanding of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
