Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to final placement.
• Serve as a Client Partner, gaining insight into their hiring requirements, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing employing our proprietary CRM/ATS, alongside your personal network and advanced communication tools.
• Leverage Our Comprehensive Platform to navigate candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Emphasize Permanent Placements that build lasting value for clients while generating significant commissions for yourself.
• Participate in Thought Leadership initiatives as we elevate our mutual brand identity.

• Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided on our platform)
• An entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build a long-lasting career
