Job Overview

Duties

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.

Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and early intervention strategies.

Conduct assessments to monitor student progress in areas such as math and standardized testing.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices in daycare settings.

Provide guidance on child welfare practices, ensuring the health and safety of all students.

Experience

Proven experience in a teaching or daycare setting, specifically working with toddlers.

Strong skills in lesson planning, behavior management, and early intervention techniques.

Familiarity with physical education principles as they relate to young children.

Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and colleagues.

Knowledge of child development theories and practices is highly desirable.
