Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 50+ bed facility in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, where patient-centered care is our top priority. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and skilled individuals to join our world-class healthcare team.
About the Role
As a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) at Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will:
Provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
Work collaboratively with our skilled nursing team to develop personalized care plans
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and compassion in all interactions with residents and families
Requirements
Current and valid Wisconsin State CNA Certification
Previous LTC/Nursing home experience preferred
Dependable and strong work ethic
Exceptional customer service skills
Friendly and energetic demeanor
