Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Regional Finance Director to join our team at our division office in Princeton, New Jersey.What is the opportunity?The Regional Finance Director is responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis functions for multiple divisions and serves as a key partner to division leadership.What are the primary responsibilities?Guidesall financial functions within the designated DivisionBusiness Plan creation, quarterly updates, and semi-annual re-forecast for presentation to ManagementAnalyzekeycompany metrics of ROA, Gross Margin, SG&A, and Operating MarginParticipateinregular monthly meetings with all stack leads to discuss budget variances and cash flow projectionsManageand prepare the quarterly and annual re-forecasting processReview of monthly Division P&L, and variance analysis, holding leadership accountable for results and offering solutions to mitigate riskPartners with operations by supporting and preparing analyses required for operational reviews and land acquisition proformasProvideanalytical support to the management team to improve home building operations and to identify opportunities for margin and return on investment improvement in areas such as revenue strategy, community investment structure, and timing and cost reductionCollaboratewithDivisionPresidents and other leadership team members to develop process improvements, and to drive standardized processes in all aspects of operationsHelpwith the coordination of back-office operations, including payroll and commissions, purchasing/architecture, construction coordination, and sales and escrow coordinationPerforminboththe financial and operational segments of the business, devoting time to field visitsAllother duties as assignedDon't miss this opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies! Qualifications Does this describe you?Possess an understanding of traditional accounting and budgetary principles and terminologyAttention to detail to ensure data is accurate and completeAbletomanage multiple priorities while focusing on detail orientation and effective time managementExperience managing and training a teamProventrack record of managing complex processes with diverse groups of stakeholdersExperience communicating with senior operational and accounting leadersDo you have these qualifications?Essential:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Applied Mathematics is preferred5-7 years of professional Finance experienceExtensive knowledge of accounting and Finance practices, including job costing and strategic planningThoroughknowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelConfidentworkingclosely with Management and corporate leadershipStrongworkingknowledge of GAAPPreferred:Experience in home building/constructionExperience using JD Edwards / E1Experience using EPM Tools including Board, OneStream, and AnaplanThe salary for this position is $115,000-$152,000 plus an annual performance bonus.
