Accounts Payable Processor

Supporting day-to-day accounting processes, the full-time Accounts Payable Processor will manage transaction entry, reconciliation, and reporting activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial data Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations within a corporate environment Experience with accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Strong analytical skills for resolving transaction discrepancies
