Responsibilities Follow up on loan documentation ordered in a timely manner to ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met Oversee all loans coming through the pipeline to ensure the process is compliant and efficient Serve as a liaison between loan officers, applicants, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval Take care of all borrower communication, from loan origination to close Give detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department and obtain approval or denial. When issues arise, communicate with underwriters and borrowers to make sure conditions are satisfied Own the file from contract to closing with accuracy, speed, and a service‑first mindset Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers, Realtors, LO, and underwriters Manage a pipeline efficiently while meeting closing dates and compliance requirements Analyze and verify all income, assets, credit, insurance, VOEs, payoffs, tax transcripts, title, condos, and supporting documentation Update and maintain full transparency through the LOS Troubleshoot issues proactively and remove roadblocks before they become delays Ensure outstanding communication and a calm, positive borrower experience Work collaboratively with our team to deliver smooth, clean files with minimal conditions Qualifications Solid understanding of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation Capable of accurately analyzing credit reports, income, and asset documents, and the various ways to assemble a loan Has worked in a lender’s environment and has experience using Encompass LOS software Exceptional attention to detail, and must be organized and have excellent time‑management skills Prior experience as Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter 5+ years of mortgage processing experience Deep understanding of lender model operations Strong working knowledge of loan structuring, AUS, credit, income, and assets Experience as a Senior Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, or Underwriter required Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask without sacrificing accuracy Calm, steady professional presence even during high‑volume cycles Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Proficient with Calyx Point or similar LOS software Compensation $60,000 yearly base DOE + bonus & incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr Mortgage Solutions of Georgia
