$15.00/Hour | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Are you organized, professional, and customer-focused? We are seeking a Clerical Assistant to support daily office operations in a busy and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
Type, print, and prepare letters, reports, and other documents
Organize, maintain, and update office filing systems
Perform basic computer data entry and administrative tasks
Handle confidential information, including visitor applications and tenant files, with discretion
Support office staff with various clerical and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous clerical, receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred
Basic computer skills with proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Acrobat
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Valid driver's license required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
