Join our cutting-edge home-based outpatient physical therapy/ occupational practice serving the Phoenix metro area! We’re hiring skilled Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists (PTs/ OTs ) to deliver exceptional care with unmatched flexibility. Unlike Home Health, this role lets you schedule patients at your convenience, offering true autonomy and work-life balance. NO OASIS. Our primary need is West of the 51, but other areas considered. You’ll earn $90 per visit – the highest-paying outpatient PT role in the region. Choose your commitment: Part-Time, or PRN (as-needed).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home evaluations and treatments for outpatient physical therapy/ OT patients.

Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist (PT or OT) in Arizona (or eligible).
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health related experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix metro area.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
