Concession Supervisor

Position Title Lead, Concession (Part-Time) at Las Vegas Ballpark Pay Range $18.00 to $20.00 Job Summary This part‑time, event‑based role covers operations from March to September. The lead manages the concession stand assigned, supervises staff, and ensures a safe and efficient service environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the operations of the assigned concession stand. Assist team members and maintain a safe environment throughout operating hours. Greet, direct, and respond to guests’ questions and needs. Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing. Sell concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events. Receive money from customers and make correct change. Monitor money in the cash drawer to ensure adequate change is available. Take inventory of supplies and equipment; maintain stock at required operational levels. Train stand attendants. Oversee accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations. Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous leadership experience. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Current or potential to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit. Background Screening Some positions may require a Florida Level 2 background screening.
