Restaurant Team Member

Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador of Panera Warmth, greeting guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, sandwiches, and other menu items with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, dining, and service areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking, and set‑up duties for the next shift. Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude, ensuring every guest receives the best experience. Qualifications Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25lb and stand for extended periods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to follow directions in a loud environment. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety training and understanding; Food Handler’s Card required by law.
