Your Impact:

As a Foodservice Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts across restaurants, butcher shops, supermarkets, Hispanic markets, and foodservice operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers, including restaurants, butcher shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, Hispanic markets, distributors, and other foodservice accounts.
• Actively prospect and generate new business through regular in-person visits within your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, purchasing managers, meat department managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Promote Prime Meats' portfolio of premium proteins, including beef, pork, poultry, seafood, and value-added products.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions that improve profitability, product offerings, and supply chain efficiency.
• Increase sales volume, product penetration, and gross margin within assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities within CRM systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in foodservice, food distribution, protein products, grocery, or retail channels is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers in the food and restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and customer success.
• Strong organizational and territory management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated and highly accountable professional with a passion for sales and business growth.
