Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing standardized assessments and observational techniques.

Craft individualized treatment plans that cater to both short-term and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions designed to enhance language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, caregivers, and family members to develop cohesive care strategies.

Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families to promote progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational protocols.

Engage in continuous education and collaboration with peers to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an institution accredited by the appropriate body.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment.
