Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Satisfaction of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandated within 30 days of hire.
