Option for a 4-day workweek with Fridays off Signing bonuses available for exceptional candidates Quarterly and year-end bonus opportunities Caseload capped at approximately 24–25 clients About Brightside Brightside Pediatric Therapy is a growing pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice serving families throughout the East Bay through in-home, daycare, preschool, and school-based services. Brightside was built around the idea that excellent patient care and clinician well-being should go hand in hand. We offer manageable caseloads, schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, thoughtful geographic scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership as the practice expands. Our SLPs primarily support early intervention clients through the Regional Center of the East Bay, along with school-aged private pay clients. Clinical Fellows are welcome and receive individualized mentorship and supervision.
