Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions that enhance language, fluency, voice, and overall communication skills.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprised of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to formulate comprehensive care strategies.

Educate patients and their families on how to support their progress beyond therapy sessions.

Occasionally support inpatient speech evaluations and therapy, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Maintain thorough documentation that aligns with state and federal policies and organizational standards.

Stay abreast of industry advancements through continuing education and peer collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Satisfactory completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if uncredentialed by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for all age groups, with an in-depth understanding of both developmental and acquired disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.

Able to adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds of patients.
