Provide comprehensive education and support to both patients and their families to enhance progress between therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations to ensure continuity of therapy throughout each patient's recovery journey.

Uphold precise and prompt documentation compliant with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the newest evidence-based practices in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the initial 30 days of employment.

Expertise in implementing evidence-based treatment techniques across the lifespan, attuned to developmental and acquired disorders of speech, language, and swallowing.
