Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience delivering speech-language services within educational settings
• Comfort working with pediatric caseloads, from Tk to 8th grade
• Competency in teletherapy platforms and in-person service delivery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct individual and group therapy services onsite
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in student IEP meetings
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Integrate both in-person and virtual tools to enhance therapy as needed
