Pay & Shift Options

1st Shift

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

$22.00/hr

2nd Shift

Monday-Thursday | 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM

$23.50/hr

Weekend Shift

Friday-Sunday | 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM

$25.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Read work orders and instructions to determine materials that need to be moved.

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, rider jacks, and turret trucks after training.

• Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, shelves, and trailers.

• Secure shipments using strapping, bracing, and padding to prevent damage during transport.

• Accurately count, weigh, and record materials moved throughout the shift.

• Follow all safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized work area.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔️ At least 6 months of sit-down forklift experience

✔️ Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment

✔️ Basic math and counting skills

✔️ Ability to read and complete production sheets, checklists, and related documentation

✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

✔️ Reliable attendance and punctuality

✔️ Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience

• Experience with inventory tracking or production documentation

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures

• Strong focus on quality and accuracy

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse environment with active material handling and equipment operation throughout the shift. Team members work around forklifts, pallets, racks, and shelving while helping maintain safe and efficient operations. Appropriate warehouse attire and adherence to all safety guidelines are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Jefferson, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
