IntroductionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to support account administration and customer service processes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, communication, and helping maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Assist with maintaining customer account information and records.
- Support account-related inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Coordinate documentation and administrative account activities.
- Monitor account updates and ensure information accuracy.

- Help maintain organized records and account files.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, email, and data entry.
