Job Description We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager (Full-Time) to lead operations at our outpatient dialysis center. The ideal candidate will oversee daily clinical and administrative functions to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting staff, coordinating dialysis treatment schedules, monitoring and maintaining quality standards, and providing education and guidance to patients and families. This role requires strict adherence to regulatory requirements, strong leadership skills, and a high level of clinical expertise in nephrology nursing to promote optimal patient outcomes and operational excellence. Requirements Qualifications: DC RN License required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Have a least 12 months of experience in clinical nursing and an additional 6 months experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
