Site Coordinator

Pay rate: $18.00- $21.00/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Overtime will be required during annual board meetings and special events)

Summary:
This is a critical, customer-facing position serving as the primary point of contact for executive administrative teams, including C-suite executives. Responsibilities include event planning, conference room setup, coordination of special events, space management and relocations, reporting, and general administrative support.

Role Breakdown of Duties:
70% Hospitality & Workplace Experience

• Conference room scheduling and setup
• Workplace walkthroughs and inspections
• Monitoring hoteling spaces, offices, and common areas
• Ensuring a best-in-class employee and visitor experience
• Identifying facility issues and submitting maintenance requests

25% Administrative Support

• Managing service tickets
• Responding to employee requests
• Conference room reservations
• Space planning coordination and workplace support

5% Executive Event Support

• Supporting four annual Board of Directors meetings
• Delivering an exceptional experience for executive leadership and guests

Qualifications:

• High school or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• Previous 1+ year Customer facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Tactical thought processing.
• Ability to present to a small group.
• Moderate Problem-Solving Skills.
• Basic Customer Service skills.
• Basic Technical aptitude.
• Basic Written and Verbal Communication skill.
