Destination Pet, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support multi-state pet care centers across the U.S., reporting to the VP of Human Resources. This remote position can be based in Texas with travel to centers as needed. We require ~8 years in HR/People Ops, strong coaching and policy development, solid knowledge of US employment law, and proficiency with Workday.
