You'll partner closely with the Service Manager to keep the community running smoothly while creating a positive experience for our residents. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, responsive, and committed to doing the job right.Compensation & Incentives:Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour$2000 sign on bonusUp to 50% Rent DiscountProperty Staff Shared Renewal CommissionsMorgan Essentials: $300 quarterly bonus opportunityOn-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phoneMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leaveAs the Service Technician, you will help to:Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.Maintain interior and exterior areas while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.Respond promptly and efficiently to resident service requests and assigned work orders.Communicate professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs.Complete preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance, functionality, and success of the community.Provide exceptional service while helping residents feel proud to call their community home.Hours & Schedule:Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PMPaid rotating on-call participation requiredWhat We'll Expect From You:Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicleHVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred2–3 years of maintenance experience preferredOne year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a teamJoin Morgan Properties and be part of a team that values People First, Integrity, Respect, and delivering excellence every day.
