In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple clients across various industries and company sizes to manage their monthly bookkeeping tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be directly involved in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the financial health of their clients.Responsibilities:Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update financial recordsReconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documentsPrepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reportingGenerate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clientsCoordinate with clients to address any discrepancies or questions regarding financial transactionsCollaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencyStay updated on industry trends and regulations related to bookkeeping and accounting practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredPrevious experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related role preferredProficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Wave, or similar programsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reportingExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial informationBenefits:Competitive salary starting at $50,000 annuallyCommissions and bonuses available based on performancePaid time off (PTO)Opportunity for professional growth and development as the department expandsNote: Please be advised that at this time, we do not offer additional benefits beyond paid time off until the department grows further.If you are passionate about accounting and enjoy working with diverse clients in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Bookkeeper.
