Responsibilities The role involves leading classes and activities for children from walking age through 11 years old, delivering KidStrong’s science‑based curriculum, coaching students, facilitating team play, maintaining a safe environment, and keeping the facility clean. Schedule & Compensation Typical classes run weekdays 9 am–12 pm and evenings 4 pm–8 pm, with weekend shifts from 8 am–2 pm (parties 2:30 pm–8 pm) and camp shifts 8:30 am–3 pm. Pay starts at $18 per hour, with trained staff averaging $20 +/hr. Upward mobility is available and we promote from within.
