Factory Worker - Mattress Industry (Hourly) Manual Labor Orlando, FL, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1187 Salary Range: $16.00 To $16.50 Hourly Sherwood Bedding is a family owned company established in 1974 and operates 5 factory locations in the United States. Responsibilities In a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, you will use tools to build and assemble mattresses and ship finished products to customers. You will also assist with quality checks, inventory management, and general facility maintenance. Qualifications Hands‑on experience in mattress assembly is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic, ability to follow instructions, and physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods are essential. Experience with machinery or a willingness to learn is an asset.
